The goal was to build a secure and scalable space reservation system that gives enterprises a single workspace booking platform to manage hybrid workplace bookings, employees, spaces, and utilisation from one dashboard. Organisations needed to replace scattered tools and manual processes with a solution that provides real-time visibility into space availability, eliminates scheduling conflicts, and supports smarter office resource planning. The platform was engineered to bridge the gap between infrastructure management and human-centric workspace design, delivering both system efficiency and a seamless booking experience for employees.
