My Journey complete study timeline
Every week from Getting Started through the 6-month follow-up, with activities unlocking on schedule and clear completed / active / locked states.
Video modules with reflection
Modules A, B, C with Vimeo playback, 75% watch-gate, and inline reflection questions. Sub-modules lock sequentially until each prior one is complete.
Blood kit tracking & instructions
All 4 kits tracked with FedEx shipment notifications and step-by-step collection instructions. Completion validated by the RA and synced to the admin portal.
Questionnaires with gift card incentives
7 questionnaires surfaced at the right moment via RedCap. Each completion earns a $25 Amazon gift card; completing all 6 sets earns a $100 bonus.
RA messaging & inbox
Participants raise tickets and message their Research Associate directly. Firebase powers real-time delivery with 1-hour estimated response time shown in-thread.
Native push notifications
Push replaces 20+ email reminders with contextual nudges — module reminders, blood kit alerts, questionnaire nudges, and RA reply notifications.
