We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer with a good understanding of software testing, basic automation knowledge, and familiarity with AI tools.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, UI, and Cross-browser testing.
- Test Web and Mobile applications.
- Identify, report, track, and retest defects.
- Perform basic API testing.
- Support and develop basic automation test scripts.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and release testing.
- Maintain test cases, bug reports, and testing documentation.
- Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure product quality.
- Use AI tools effectively to support testing, automation, debugging, and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Manual Testing, SDLC, STLC, and Defect Lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of test case creation and bug reporting.
- Good understanding of Functional and Regression Testing.
- Basic knowledge of API Testing using Postman.
- Basic knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, or similar automation tools.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or Typescript.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
